What We Were Facing
A 320-room luxury resort with guest Wi-Fi complaints as the number one negative review topic. Dead zones in pool areas, spa, and outdoor dining. AV systems in the ballroom and 8 event spaces were outdated and unreliable. No centralized guest management portal.

How We Solved It
Deployed 220 Wi-Fi 6E access points with hospitality-grade captive portal and bandwidth management, installed outdoor-rated APs for pools and gardens, upgraded ballroom and event space AV with 4K displays and wireless presentation, and implemented property-wide IP camera coverage with POS integration.
