What to Expect as a New Client

A walkthrough of the onboarding process from contract signing through your first month of managed IT service.

Welcome & Kickoff

Within 48 hours of signing, you'll receive a welcome email with your client portal credentials, a dedicated account manager introduction, and a link to schedule your initial site assessment. We'll also send a brief questionnaire about your current IT environment.

Site Assessment (Week 1)

Our engineers conduct an on-site assessment of your network infrastructure, servers, endpoints, and security posture. We document everything — network diagrams, device inventory, and configuration baselines.

Documentation & Transition (Week 2)

We build your documentation library in the client portal, set up monitoring agents on all endpoints and servers, and configure alerting thresholds. If you're transitioning from another provider, we coordinate credential transfers.

Go-Live (Week 3-4)

Full monitoring and helpdesk support begins. Your team gets a walkthrough of the client portal, learns how to submit tickets, and receives our support contact card. We schedule a 30-day review to address any early findings.
