Overview
Copper structured cabling remains the backbone of enterprise LANs, PoE devices, and VoIP systems. Summit DNC installs Cat5e (1 Gbps / 100 m), Cat6 (1 Gbps with headroom for 5GBASE-T), and Cat6A (10 Gbps / 100 m) to TIA-568.2-D standards. Every cable is terminated, dressed, labeled, and certified with Fluke DSX-8000 testers. We design cable plants for today's bandwidth and tomorrow's growth — Cat6A is our default recommendation for new builds because it supports 10GBASE-T, 60W PoE (Type 3), and has a 25-year usable lifespan.

Site Survey & Design
Walk every floor, count drops, measure pathways, and produce a cable schedule with CAD drawings.
Material Procurement
Source cable, jacks, patch panels, and pathway from CommScope, Panduit, or Belden per spec.
Cable Pulling
Pull cables through J-hooks, tray, or conduit with proper bend radius and tension limits.
Termination & Dressing
Terminate all jacks and patch panels, dress cables neatly, apply permanent labels.
Certification & Handoff
Test every link with Fluke DSX-8000, deliver pass/fail reports and as-built drawings.
